Adobe Express has both free and pro options. I have only used the free version and all that is required is to register for an Adobe ID. I often use the Background Remover and Change Video Speed tool. There is much more to Adobe Express and a budget solution to graphics editing, I much prefer Adobe Express to Canva.

Go Full Page is a Google Chrome extension that allows you to create screen capture of an entire webpage and export the result as a PNG or PDF file. Once you've tried Go Full Page you'll find it to be an indispensable tool.
